Hello everybody!  My name is Kristy Ahmed and I am the owner and primary caregiver of NuNu Bear’s Daycare, LLC.

I am trained in Oklahoma’s Early Learning Guidelines, behavioral guidance, child development and assessment, and much more!

Our approach to curriculum is modeled most closely to Bank Street, which is “child-centered” and “engages each student’s natural curiosity, nurtures critical thinking, and helps develop a sense of community and social responsibility.”

We have a structured schedule that is flexible to the ever-changing emotional and physical needs of our little bears. While we learn through play, I also introduce very traditional methods of learning with flash cards, sight word practice, and more. Concepts are reinforced through repetition and only continued at the pace and desire of each child.
